All teachers receiving, or who may in the future receive, a pension or a life annuity, may authorize the Teachers Retirement Board to deduct from their pension or their life annuity a specified sum for the payment of their monthly dues as members of the Teachers Association of Puerto Rico, the assessments of the Puerto Rico Commonwealth Employees Association, for the payment of insurance, the shares and other obligations of the Credit Union of the Teachers of Puerto Rico, or the assessments of the Health Insurance under the Federal Social Security Administration.
