The Teachers Retirement Board shall place the sums so deducted at the disposal of the Puerto Rico Teachers Association, the Puerto Rico Commonwealth Employees Association, the Credit Union of the Teachers of Puerto Rico, or the Federal Internal Revenue Office, by check drawn in favor of each such organization.
