Any amount to which a participant is entitled as final liquidation on account of sick leave and vacation leave, except for forty (40) days of vacation to which he or she shall be entitled in one global payment, shall be paid in monthly installments for a period of months equal to the period needed to reach thirty (30) years of service and fifty-five (55) years of age during the next fiscal year after retirement.
