The debts incurred by a participant whose contributions served as guarantee shall continue to be deducted monthly from the participant’s pension to be paid into the Teacher’s Retirement System. History —Jan. 27, 2000, No. 44, § 13, eff. 30 days after Jan. 27, 2000.
