All matters related to administrative hearings procedures, adjudicative procedures, reconsiderations, and the revision of decisions issued by the Board, as the case may be, shall be governed by the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act' and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
