(a) Participants who were receiving or will receive a pension in the future may authorize the System to deduct from their pension a specific amount to pay the monthly membership fees of the Teacher’s Association of Puerto Rico, insurance premiums of the Commonwealth Employees Association, stocks and other obligation of the Puerto Rico Teacher’s Credit Union, or any other deduction requested by the retired teacher.(b) The System shall remit a check payable to the Puerto Rico Teacher’s Association, the Puerto Rico Commonwealth Employees Association, the Puerto Rico Teacher’s Credit Union, or the U.
