The Division of Free Studies of the Department of Education is hereby authorized to charge the following fees to the students:(a) Examination fee: not more than one dollar ($1) for each subject.(b) Fee for diploma: not more than five dollars ($5).(c) Duplicate certificate fee: fifty cents ($0.50).
