The teaching, use and handling of the system given to the blind child must be such as to allow him/her to communicate effectively and efficiently with other students at the same level or grade. The individualized education program of each student must include:(1) The result of the evaluation mentioned in § 442 of this title.(2) The way in which Braille as a teaching method shall be integrated with other curricular activities.(3) The date when Braille education starts.(4) The period that such education shall cover, and the quantity and duration of each lesson.(5) The reading comprehension and writing level intended to be reached during such time period and the parameters used to measure same.
