A Board of Trustees is hereby created which shall be known by the official title of 'Trustees of the Puerto Rico Nursing School', said Board to consist of the following persons:The Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico, president; the Municipal Commissioner of Charities of San Juan; the President of the Chapter of the Red Cross in Puerto Rico; the President of the Medical Association of Puerto Rico; the President of the Academy of Medicine of Puerto Rico.Said Board of Trustees is hereby vested with the power and authority necessary to issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the due administration and operation of the Puerto Rico Nursing School.
