The municipalities of Puerto Rico are hereby authorized to provide scholarships for young women desiring to attend the School for Nurses, and to appropriate in their annual budgets the amount that may be necessary to pay the fees, lodging and other necessary expenses of the students, which expenses shall be determined by the Board of Trustees of the School for Nurses.
