The authorities of the University of Puerto Rico and those of the accredited higher education private institutions are hereby empowered, in collaboration with the Department of Education, to organize practice centers outside of their university campuses. Said centers shall be established in the public or private schools duly accredited by the Department of Education and in those authorized government agencies.
