(a) It is hereby Provided, That the Secretary of the Department of Education of Puerto Rico, in coordination with the school principals and superintendents of every school district, shall carry out activities each year that will allow the students to learn about the achievements of those persons after whom the schools they attend are named.(b) The Secretary of Education shall be responsible for adopting the necessary measures to ensure that the purposes of this chapter are complied with.
