The Secretary of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall implement, in coordination with the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources, the courses referred to in §§ 591—593 of this title within the general educational program of teaching in Puerto Rico, subject to the educational budget of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
