The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to organize in the Department of Education the production and dissemination of educational, informational and cultural material for the educational purposes of the Department of Education itself and of the entities, organizations and centers that group the elderly. The Department of Education may render its services to any other department or agency of the Government of Puerto Rico that requests them, through the creation of an integrated and complete program to offer said educational, informational and cultural services, provided the output required by the needs of the Department of Education is not affected.
