The Secretary of Education of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to include the extension high school of Vega Baja which is now operating under the direction of the Bureau of Adults and Extension Activities of the Department of Education of Puerto Rico, among the high schools, and to take charge of the maintenance and improvement of the physical plant of said school.
