The amount that, together with funds appropriated by the municipal government of Vega Baja for the same purpose, shall be deemed necessary to be used for general expenses, salaries and maintenance and improvement of the physical plant of the extension high school of Vega Baja, shall be included in the general budget of expenses of the Commonwealth Government, in accordance with the provisions of Act May 12, 1942, No. 213, as amended.
