(a) The new Sabanetas-Maní junior high school in construction in Barrio [the district of] Maní, of the municipality of Mayagüez, is hereby designated as the Esteban Rosado Báez Junior High School.(b) The Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate of Puerto Rico shall make the corresponding administrative arrangements with the pertinent government agencies, and shall designate a Special Joint Committee to represent both bodies in the acts that, in due time, shall be held to designate the above mentioned school with the name of Esteban Rosado Báez Junior High School.
