(a) The new urban elementary school, located on Isabela Street of the municipality of Moca, is hereby designated with the name of [the] Hon. Luis Alfredo Colón Velázquez, a distinguished citizen, illustrious Puerto Rican and excellent public servant and former legislator.(b) The Buildings and Public Roads Designating Committee, in coordination with the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section and to arrange for an appropriate ceremony to be held to such effects.
