(a) The Second Unit Public School of Río Arriba, Arecibo is hereby designated with the name ' Escuela Rosa L. Rivera-Serrano'.(b) The School Director shall place a sign in the School described in subsection (a) of this section pursuant to the provisions of this section. The Director shall be exempted from compliance with the provisions contained in §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act'.
