(a) The new urban elementary school, located on Comercio Street of the municipality of Las Marías, is hereby named after the distinguished citizen and public servant, former Mayor, Representative and Senator, the Honorable Luis Santaliz Capestany.(b) The Commission for Naming Structures and Public Roads, in coordination with the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, shall take the necessary steps to enact the provisions of this section and provide for the celebration of a ceremony proper to such effects.
