(a) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to designate the Elementary School of [the] Galateo [district], Villas del Josco sector in Toa Baja, as the Alejandro 'Junior' Cruz Elementary School.(b) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Structures and Highways Naming Commission, in coordination with the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section, and shall provide that an appropriate activity be held to honor this distinguished citizen during the present school year.
