(a) The University Gardens High School is hereby named the 'University Gardens Specialized School'.(b) The Government of Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
