(a) The Metrópolis Ungraded Elementary School is hereby designated as the 'Juana Angeles Méndez Meléndez Ungraded School'.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of [this section, without being subject to the provisions of] §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
