(a) It is hereby provided that the school at Vacas Ward of the Town of Villalba shall bear the name Ramón López Berríos School.(b) The Secretary of Education shall [rename] the school described in subsection (a) of this section pursuant to the provisions of this section. The Secretary is hereby exempted from compliance with the provisions in §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission Act'.
