(a) To provide that the school located on Highway No. 132, Km. 24, Hm. 1 (from Ponce to Peñuelas) in La Providencia Urbanization, across from Jardines del Caribe Urbanization in Ponce, be designated as the 'Escuela Eugenio Le Compte'.(b) The Committee for Naming Buildings and Public Roads of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
