(a) The Second Unit School of Barrio Pozas Llanadas of the Municipality of Ciales is hereby named after Jaime Coira-Ortiz, in recognition of his contributions as an educator.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to enforce the provisions of this section, notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
