(a) It is hereby provided that the high school of the municipality of Camuy shall be given the name of 'Luis Felipe ‘Pipo’ Crespo'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
