(a) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to designate the Elementary School of the Cruces Community in the Quebrada Grande ward of Mayagüez as the 'Barbarita Rodríguez-Rodríguez Elementary School'.(b) Such designation shall be carried out without being subject to the provisions of § 180 of Title 23.(c) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico, together with the Department of Education, shall take the necessary measures to fully comply with the provisions of this section, and shall provide for the holding of an appropriate ceremony not later than one (1) year after the approval of this act.
