(a) It is hereby provided that the rural elementary school building located at Road PR-164, in Lomas Vallés Ward of the Municipality of Naranjito, shall be named after distinguished Puerto Rican teacher Doña Josefina Marrero-Febus for her outstanding work in the field of education and her dedication to improving the quality of life of the youth of our Island.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall carry out and take all steps deemed necessary and appropriate to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.(c) The Municipal Government of Puerto Rico and its Municipal Legislature, in collaboration with the Department of Education, shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section.
