(a) To provide that the elementary school of Barrio Arenales Bajos of the Municipality of Isabela be designated as the 'Francisca Chaves Cordero Elementary School'.(b) The Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section.
