(a) The Marías III School, of the Marías ward in the Municipality of Moca, is hereby designated with the name of Ángel 'Gelo' Morales-Morales.(b) The Secretary of Education and the Director of the School described in the aforementioned paragraph shall take the necessary steps to enforce the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions set forth in §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission Act'.(c) The expenses to be incurred in connection with the installation of a sign in the school may be covered with private, municipal.
