(a) The Middle School of Sabana Llana ward in the Municipality of Salinas is hereby designated as 'Antonio Ledée-Colón School'.(b) The Puerto Rico Structure and Highway Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.(c) The Secretary of the Department of Education is hereby directed to carry out any procedures or administrative process and signage in order to comply with the provisions of this act on or before sixty (60) days after the approval thereof.
