(a) The Santiago R. Palmer High School of Quebrada Ward of the Municipality of Camuy is hereby designated as the 'Miguel F. Santiago-Echegaray High School'.(b) The Secretary of Education shall take the appropriate measures or administrative procedures for such designation and coordinate the renaming of the high school described in subsection (a) of this section with the School Principal, pursuant to the provisions of this section, as well as to exempt the Secretary from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act'.(c) The expenses incurred in the naming of the High School may be defrayed with private, municipal, state, and federal contributions.
