(a) The Playa Grande School in the Municipality of Vieques is hereby designated as the 'Manuela Santiago-Collazo School'.(b) The Department of Education is hereby directed to immediately change the name of the Playa Grande School in the Municipality of Vieques to 'Manuela Santiago-Collazo School', and substitute the same in all documents in which such school is mentioned.(c) Said designation is hereby exempt from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
