(a) The new urban high school located in the Municipality of Yabucoa is hereby named 'Ramón Quiñones Medina High School' in recognition of this man’s fruitful career as an educator and his valuable contribution to his town.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
