(a) The High School located in Quebrada Ward of the Municipality of Camuy is hereby designated with the name of 'Professor Miguel Felipe Santiago-Echegaray.'(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission is hereby directed to faithfully comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, which created the Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission.
