(a) Barrio Ceiba Elementary School in the Municipality of Cidra is hereby designated as the Ernesto Vicente Carattini School.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission in conjunction with the Department of Education shall take the necessary steps to enforce the provisions of this Joint Resolution[sic], without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
