(a) Barrio Río Abajo Elementary School in the Municipality of Cidra is hereby designated as the Violeta Reyes-Pérez School.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission in conjunction with the Department of Education shall take the necessary steps to enforce the provisions of this Joint Resolution[sic], without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
