(a) The Community School in Santa Rosa II Ward, located on P.R. No. 837, km. 4.4 of Santa Rosa II Ward in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, is hereby designated with the name of ' Don Ernesto Cabrera Alejandro' in recognition [of] his outstanding and productive career as a public servant, which led him to be elected to the office of Representative in the Legislature for former Representative District No. 40, which included the cities of San Juan and Guaynabo.(b) On the day in which the Community School in Santa Rosa II Ward, located on P.R. No. 837, km. 4.4 of Santa Rosa II Ward in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, is designated with the name of ' Don Ernesto Cabrera Alejandro', a special activity shall be held, coordinated by the Department of Education and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture for the purpose of the adequate disclosure and awareness of this designation.(c) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions in this section without being subject to the provisions in §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
