(a) The Community School of the Consumo Ward, located at the Municipality of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, is hereby named after Dr. Silverio Medina-Gaud.(b) Upon approval of this act, the Department of State shall notify the government agencies responsible of administering the Community School of Consumo Ward in order to proceed with the new identification of those facilities and the signage in access roads.(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
