(a) The Second Unit School of the Río Jueyes Ward of the Municipality of Coamo is hereby designated as 'Román Colón-Correa School'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act'.
