(a) To designate 'Las Ochenta' Community School of the Municipality of Salinas as Matilde Rivera Amadeo School.(b) The Secretary of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall name the school described in subsection (a) of this section, pursuant to the provisions of this section. The Secretary of Education is hereby exempted from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the 'Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission Act'.
