The Specialized Interagency Unit shall perform any reasonable effort under the provisions of this chapter, to coordinate any action to be taken, with the rest of the government agencies that have some type of jurisdiction on the matter, in order to avoid duplication of efforts, or occasional conflicts or the requirements related to the prevention and handling of the emanation of gases and noxious odors that can affect the safety of the students, school employees, visitors, or third persons.
