The Division of Ceramics and Kindred Arts of the University of Puerto Rico is hereby established, which shall be installed in any suitable building of the University or in such other place as may be jointly determined by the Chancellor of the University and the Secretary of Education. Said division shall promote the study of ceramics and kindred arts such as clay modelings, designs, artistic bases, and plastic sculpture.
