The Division of Ceramics and Kindred Arts shall be in charge of a director, who shall be at the same time a teacher of clay modeling, designs, and artistic bases; a second teacher, who shall be in charge of the baking of vessels and of ceramic chemistry, and a third teacher, who shall be in charge of plastic sculpture.
