The teachers whose positions are hereby created shall be appointed by the Higher Education Council of the University of Puerto Rico, and their annual salaries shall be such as may be annually appropriated in the budget. History —May 10, 1938, No. 158, p. 339, § 3, eff. 90 days after May 10, 1938.
