The Secretary of Health is hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary arrangements for the use of the Bayamon District Hospital and of any other hospital, clinic, or medical or hospital center under his administrative jurisdiction in connection with the establishment and operation of the School of Medicine of Puerto Rico.
