The Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to establish, with the consent of the Board of Trustees of the University and on recommendation to the Chancellor of the University, two (2) experiment substations of the Agricultural Experiment Station, in two (2) distinct districts of the Commonwealth where there are important crops that require adequate experiment and that now are not being reasonably studied through systematic experimentation.
