The Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station of Río Piedras is authorized to appoint, on recommendation to the Chancellor of the University of Puerto Rico, and with the final approval of the Board of Trustees of the University of Puerto Rico, such office, laboratory, and field personnel as may be necessary to carry out the ends and purposes of §§ 754—756 of this title.
