The Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to proceed to establish in Vieques Island, according to the provisions of Act No. 135, approved May 7, 1942, an agricultural experiment substation of the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Puerto Rico.
